Despite rough conditions, the bite offshore was decent. Oregon Inlet saw steady yellowfin with wahoo mixed in and mahi starting to show. Morehead City held strong with wahoo, building mahi, and a few early sailfish. The water wasn’t pretty—but the bite showed up.
